The Rocket part is on solid Pine and the cut outs have been filled with multi coloured resin. The frame is made out solid wood Oak, which is burned. The whole box is lacquered. It has a coin slot on top of frame and a light topper that is very easily removable.
Supplied with Ikea Ledberg single LED light with 3.5m cable with a switch and a plug.
Would not recommend for notes as the whole for filling and emptying is only meant for coins.
